Curiosity defines the question.
Structure carries it forward.
No two projects need the same method. I build the plan around the people, context, unknowns and conditions that make the work specific.
I begin before the answer is fixed. I look for the real question inside the brief: the tension, need or possibility that gives the project its energy.
My position is agreed in relation to what the project needs. I may hold the creative frame, produce the workflow, facilitate decisions, translate between disciplines or stay close to implementation. The role can move. Responsibility stays visible.

Meet the people, trace the history, review existing material and map the real conditions. Curiosity reveals assumptions, overlooked resources and the question worth pursuing.

Define the working frame
Turn discovery into a shared frame: purpose, audience, creative criteria, scope, responsibilities, resources, risks and the moments when decisions need to be made.

Translate and connect
Create a common language between artistic, spatial, technical and organisational perspectives. Build the relationships, sequence and feedback loops that allow each discipline to contribute without fragmenting the idea.

Hold continuity through delivery
Prototype, test and edit with the team. Track decisions and dependencies, resolve production gaps and protect the project’s central intention as it reaches its final context and audience.

Creative consultant + producer
Hi, I'm Gina.
I work between creative direction, production and interdisciplinary practice. What interests me most is the moment when an early intuition starts becoming something people can see, enter or experience together.
My role changes with every project. I can help shape the concept, bring people and disciplines into conversation, or stay close to production and installation. I am based in Copenhagen and work internationally with cultural organisations, independent practices and curious teams.
